Labor, delivery, setup (this includes add-on items rented from us or your own sign for flower wall) and tear down at 10:00 pm are all included in the cost of each flower wall, arch, or pillar as shown on Rental page (plus add-on charge of extra items requested) if you are within 25 miles of Livonia, MI.
Sales Tax of 6% will be added to final invoice amount.
SET UP: Set up takes approximately 30 min to 1 hour depending on set up area. If add-on items are included, the set up may take longer.
Additional mileage up to a max of 50 miles from our location is:
26-30 miles- $30
30-40 miles- $45
40-50 miles- $60
10:30PM charge of $50
11:00PM charge of $75
11:30PM charge of $100
12:00AM charge of $150
However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue and if they will allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning or if we are not available to fit into our schedule for another day.
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold and book your rental reservation. The remaining balance plus sales tax is due 30 days prior to your event.
If booking less than 30 days before your event, non-refundable full payment is required to reserve.
CANCELLATIONS: If your event is more than 30 days away, you can cancel but, non-refundable deposit will be held. If your event is within 30 days, we are willing to cancel your event, however, we will keep your deposit and full paid amount due to unlikely re-booking of item in that short time.
Yes, you must order a minimum of $300 worth of rental items.
Add-ons can be rented without flower wall, arches, etc. but must meet the $300 minimum and will have a delivery fee separate than price list of add-on items.
**We do not rent out smaller items for pick up or delivery if minimum order is not met**
Yes, we offer customizable packages tailored to your specific needs and event.

No, only us at Bloom 54 are authorized to deliver/pick-up, set-up and breakdown. Our walls and arches may be heavy and if improperly installed or taken down correctly, it may cause harm to yourself or others, along with damages to our rentals, therefore this is not an option.
MOVING WALL OR ARCHES AT EVENT: These can be moved from the ceremony to the reception; however, an additional moving fee will have to be assessed based off of traveling distance and time. If they are to be moved at the same location, we can move them to new location for a small fee or have your coordinator move them (we must speak with coordinator before approval).
You can browse our inventory online and submit a request for the equipment you need along with the date, time and place of your event.
We will confirm availability and give you a final quote and email a contract. Please read contract carefully, fill it out and email back to us, then the invoice for payment will be sent for non-refundable deposit (If one month or less before event-full payment is due to book), and you're booked!
45 days prior to event- you will get final payment invoice plus sales tax that must be paid 30 days before event (deposit or any other payments will be deducted from final invoice).
We recommend saving your date as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season.

Yes, we are happy to hang a sign on your flower wall or arch. We will need to see a picture of the sign and have the weight of it before the event so we can come prepared.
**If the sign is too heavy, we may not be able to hang it as the poles or stands can only handle a certain amount of weight**
If you want your rental outside, please let us know exactly where you will be placing it at the time of inquiry. We do allow outdoor rentals for some arches and most walls, but ask that our walls be covered by a structure that extends out at least 6 ft. to protect it from the elements (heat can cause flower wall flowers to fall off- so flower walls cannot be in direct sun on hot days). We also will need to secure it to a wall or fencing as to protect from wind. Safety of you and your guests is a priority for us, and these stipulations make that possible. If weather damages the rentals, the renter will be financially responsible for any damage.
If your event will be outside, please see previous question. If inside, it is up to you and/or venue on placement (you may need to check with them).

FLOWER WALLS look best when against a wall (or edge of event space) as the back of the flower walls aren't pretty and have weights to hold them steady and sturdy. They can go against windows, but for photos, be sure the lighting is good for best pictures possible.
We will always try to accommodate all of our clients with any changes as needed as long as the items are available.
If any changes are needed, an updated invoice (if needed) and contract may be needed.

We can add colored flowers to the arch or pillar flowers but cannot remove flowers.

Flower Walls come in many varieties, so if we can find one available that will fit your needs and ours for future rentals, we may be able to add it to our stock.
